Creating representations of your ideal customers. They will help us to better understand how to serve their needs.
4. Competitor analysis
Who could be a potential competitor? What are their Marketing approach?
5. Strategy development
We will develop a strategy tailored to your business
6. Marketing Channels
Establish on which communication channels the strategy will be deployed (e.g. business' website, SEO, social media, PPC, print, e-mail)
7. Training
We will train you how to use the marketing channels that will be more appropriate for implementing the strategy.
The program will be delivered via Zoom video conferencing or face to face at level 2.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FUNDING:
Enterprises will need to have registered on the RBP Platform www.regionalbusinesspartners.co.nz

Have undergone an assessment with a Regional Partner (i.e.: Enterprise Advisor)

Have fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees;

Are registered for GST in New Zealand;

Are operating in a commercial environment; and

Privately-owned enterprises, or are a Maori Trust or incorporation under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

The Enterprise Advisor needs to be satisfied that this support will be beneficial to the customer.
