Can my reels be longer than 15 seconds?Typically the shorter the better as the algorithm prefers short-form content. Because of this fact and due to our competitive pricing, the maximum length we offer is 15 seconds for one reel. However, if you need a reel to be longer e.g. 30 seconds then this will count as two reels out of the monthly package you select.

What camera gear do you use to film the reels?We use professional Sony mirrorless cameras in order to produce high-quality imagery. We also have a 360 camera that is able to create some cool effects such as timelapses etc. If the location allows us to, we'll use a drone as well. Alternatively, If you prefer to have a more authentic and "unpolished" look for your reels you can opt for us to film everything on an iPhone 14.

Am I locked into a contract?The minimum commitment for The Reel Deal is three months. You will be billed at the beginning of each month and If you decide to terminate earlier you must give us 30 days notice.

Can I get subtitles with my talking head videos?Yes however, these require extra time to create so we charge $10 + GST per 30 seconds of burned-in subtitles to your reels.
