Terms and Conditions for Likuid Media Limited Giveaway

The Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Likuid Media Limited.

The Prize:

 First prize: A content plan tailored to your business and 8x professionally crafted short-form videos (up to 60 seconds) total value of $2500 + GST.

Second Prize: Multiple winners will be selected for the second prize, which consists of a $750 + GST discount on the package from the first prize (content plan and 8x short-form videos for only 1750 + GST)

Entry Requirements:
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entries must be received by 8:00 PM on 8th September 2024.
Entries are open only to businesses operating in the Taranaki region.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry.
Only one (1) entry per business is permitted.

Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received across all platforms for the main prize.
Multiple winners will be selected for the second prize.
The winners will be announced on 9th September 2024 and notified via email on or after this date.
If the winner of the main prize is located outside of the New Plymouth District, additional travel fees may apply to fulfil the prize.

The winner can redeem the prize within 60 days. If the prize is not claimed after that the winner may lose the prize.

No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The winners will not be required to pay to enter or claim the prizes.

Eligibility:
Employees of Likuid Media Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook are not affiliated with or involved in this competition.

Privacy:
Information collected for this giveaway will not be shared with any third parties.
By opting in, entrants agree to receive occasional educational emails on video and social media marketing. Entrants can opt out at any time after the termination of the giveaway.

Entry Method:
Entrants must enter the competition via The Promoter’s website by providing their name, email address, and company name.

Prize Conditions:
The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
No cash alternative is available.
The winner of the main prize has three (3) months from the date of notification to claim the prize. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.

Liability:
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability is limited to the cost price of the prize.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant.

Modification and Termination:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions with or without notice.
Final Decision:

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement:

The winners’ names and social media usernames may be posted on The Promoter's social media profiles after the winners have been selected.
